Bringing a wealth of experience in agriculture and business to assist your operation. I managed ranches throughout the west, overseeing ranch manager placements, conducting due diligence and pro forma work, and performing in-depth ranch resource analysis. This work demanded me to sharpen my skills in financial acumen, wide variety of agricultural, adaptability, and effective communication. I regularly perform financial analysis and budgeting to providing agricultural input for ranches, overseeing bookkeeping, implementing software, and ensuring operational efficiency. I grew up as a fifth generation agriculturist in SW Montana, being raised in an operation that spans various aspects, from a cow/calf operation to backgrounding lots, seasonal yearlings, winter custom grazing, irrigated small grains, and irrigated hay production. In addition to my professional roles, I've actively participated in Custom Artificial Insemination Work, assisting ranches in selecting AI sires, coordinating synchronization protocols, and performing AI services. Throughout my career, I've engaged in diverse aspects of production agriculture and business, managing everything from backgrounding feedlots and progressive commercial herds to overseeing registered herds, yearlings, small grains, and hay production. My roles have extended to marketing and promoting products/services, implementing innovative practices, managing finances, conducting operational analysis, fostering positive employee and client relations, and making well-informed decisions. This diverse and dynamic experience uniquely positions me as a seasoned professional with an understanding of the agricultural landscape.
